Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kenan Omic (ranked 4995 p4p, 4405 weight class) and Mekwek Wowkwis (ranked 0 p4p, 158 weight class). Omic comes to the cage accompanied by FIFTY VINC - WAY OF THE WARRIOR. Kenan Omic has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kenan Omic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mekwek Wowkwis!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Omic throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Wowkwis's waist but Wowkwis gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Omic off to one side.
Wowkwis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Omic.
Omic shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wowkwis pinned against the cage. Wowkwis gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Wowkwis lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Wowkwis fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Omic fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kenan Omic. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wowkwis defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Omic.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wowkwis throws a leg kick but Omic sees it coming and moves out of range.
Wowkwis swings away with a body shot that misses

and Omic counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Wowkwis is wriggling around but Omic manages to pass to half guard.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Omic has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Wowkwis defend it? Omic steps over the head and cranks it - Wowkwis is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Omic!

A less than humble Kenan Omic misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
