Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Richard Feynman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, The Diktwist! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diktwist closes the distance and pushes Feynman back into the cage. Diktwist blocks a body shot from Feynman. Feynman lands a hook that snaps the head of Diktwist backwards. Diktwist tries to pull guard but Feynman won't allow it.
Diktwist misses with a body punch.
Diktwist takes a shot to the head. Feynman lands a shot to the body. Feynman lands with a short head shot on the inside. Diktwist's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Diktwist fails to pull guard.
Diktwist tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Feynman just stands there and leans against the cage. Richard Feynman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of The Diktwist. Feynman lands a left hand.
Feynman escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Diktwist uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Feynman. Diktwist blocks a jab. Diktwist wants to counter the offense by Feynman and move into the clinch position. Feynman avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Feynman circles away from the clinch attempt.
It looked like Feynman wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Diktwist has managed to clinch.
Feynman lands a shot to the body. Feynman tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
That's one minute gone in the round. Feynman lands on the inside with an uppercut. A short right from Feynman. Diktwist tries to pull guard but Feynman forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Feynman lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Diktwist. A short left from Feynman.
Diktwist is rocked! Feynman lands a body shot. Diktwist is still on wobbly legs! Can Feynman finish him? Diktwist fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Diktwist is trying to pull guard but Feynman turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Diktwist seems to have recovered his senses. Feynman lands a body punch. Feynman lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Feynman lands with a light punch inside. Feynman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Feynman swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Diktwist walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Feynman! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
