Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anzor Dankovich!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCarty slips under a jab.
Dankovich punishes McCarty's body with a nice straight punch.
McCarty throws a hook but Dankovich avoids it easily.
McCarty takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Dankovich cracks McCarty with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! McCarty looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Dankovich finish him?
It looks like Darren McCarty has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dankovich explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
McCarty is breathing heavily.
Dankovich cracks McCarty with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dankovich has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning McCarty to stand back up!
McCarty is rocked!
McCarty walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Dankovich swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

Anzor Dankovich is the new heavyweight champion!
A very excited looking Anzor Dankovich rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
