In the red corner, competing out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 4 wins and 6 losses; Joe Tidd! And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 5 losses; Aleksander Kazimierz!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Fujiwara.


The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.

We've been hearing good reports from Tidd's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Kazimierz reaches up to try and control the position but Tidd seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Kazimierz rolls and tries to escape and now Tidd has his back!

Tidd is working for a rear naked choke. Kazimierz is not defending it well and Tidd has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Kazimierz refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Kazimierz's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
