And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, William S Burroughs!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burroughs misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Campbell.
Burroughs shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Burroughs showed some decent athleticism there.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Burroughs working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Burroughs winds up and cracks Campbell with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Campbell's coaches at Cozad MMA Las Vegas have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
Burroughs looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Campbell with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Burroughs seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Campbell is rocked!
Burroughs content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Oh Campbell is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Burroughs lands with a punch from half guard.
Burroughs scores with a big shot! Campbell's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Campbell! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!
