The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Luu.
It looked like Ridderinkhof wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Luu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Luu misses with a body kick.
Luu gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Ridderinkhof counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Ridderinkhof cracks Luu with an open hand slap.
Luu tries to close the distance and clinch but Ridderinkhof swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Luu keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The fight stays on the outside here - Luu looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ridderinkhof lands a glancing blow to the side of Luu's head.
Ridderinkhof cracks Luu with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Luu falls to his knees and Ridderinkhof doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
