Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Seppo Sepi (ranked 1098 p4p, 3529 weight class) and Dredd Tatum (ranked 24 p4p, 125 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Seppo Sepi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dredd Tatum!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Josh West and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tatum tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sepi was well out of range. Poor timing from Tatum.
Sepi avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sepi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Sepi gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Tatum.
Tatum throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sepi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tatum pinned against the cage. Tatum gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Sepi goes for a double leg but Tatum avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Tatum continues to drive forward.

Sepi breaks the clinch.
Sepi shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Seppo Sepi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sepi has a takedown stuffed.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Tatum! But no joy.

Sepi gets a takedown into half guard.
Tatum tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Sepi manages to move to mount!

Tatum wants to control but Sepi is having none of it.

Sepi working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
Tatum tries to hold on but Sepi postures up.
Tatum is in all sorts of trouble here.
Tatum tries to lock up and control but Sepi gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Tatum is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sepi has control of Tatum's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Tatum regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Sepi is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Tatum is surviving well by controlling Sepi's body position as best he can.

Sepi is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Tatum can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Sepi goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Tatum turns into him and now he's in Sepi's guard.

Sepi is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Tatum would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Tatum wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Sepi's closed guard. He's half up but Sepi has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Sepi pivots and extends the arm, Tatum falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Sepi! Well done that man!
