The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wearmouth moves to clinch but Taurus breaks away
and Taurus counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Taurus lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Wearmouth looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Taurus blocks a head kick by Wearmouth.
Wearmouth misses with a body punch
and Taurus counters with a stiff right hand.
Taurus swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wearmouth takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Wearmouth tries to grapple but his opponent circles
enabling Taurus to counter with a crisp jab.
Wearmouth looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

That was a close round but I would say that Wesley Taurus will probably get the nod.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Taurus, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Wesley Taurus was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
