The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fowel tries to keep at a distance but Caetano has taken the fight into the clinch.
Fowel lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fowel is pressing down on Caetano's thigh, looking to free his foot. Caetano is holding on for now.
