PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yisus Craist (ranked 4662 p4p, 6208 weight class) and Kenton Tracks (ranked 260 p4p, 322 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Peter Branson and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tracks fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A head kick misses from Tracks.
Craist takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Tracks scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Craist fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Tracks to the ground. Craist is now in Tracks's guard.
Tracks looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Craist showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Tracks is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Craist really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Craist is stalling in the full guard.

Craist seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Tracks for as long as he can get away with.
Craist makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Tracks is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Craist is controlling him.
Tracks really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Craist. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Tracks wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Craist keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Craist feinted with a counter takedown.
Craist darts in trying to clinch
and Tracks counters with a straight right hand.

Craist looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Tracks!

Tracks sneaks out the side door and pushes Craist away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Kenton Tracks is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Tracks cracks Craist with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Craist takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
A low kick from Tracks is predictable there

and Craist moves into the clinch.
Craist is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tracks gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Tracks tries to circle away but Craist has him pinned against the cage.
Craist keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Tracks's efforts to push away.

Craist gets a trip takedown into half guard.

Craist postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Tracks to stand up.
An inside leg kick from Tracks misses.
Craist half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Craist is looking to clinch but Tracks is avoiding it.
Tracks connects with a nice looking jab.
Tracks wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Craist showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Tracks.
Craist is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tracks sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A solid leg kick lands there for Tracks.
Tracks dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Craist is breathing heavily.
Tracks connects with a solid leg kick.
Craist throws a wild body kick that Tracks sees coming a mile off.
Tracks is looking to chop away at Craist's legs.
Craist drops down looking for a counter takedown but Tracks sprawls and moves away.
Tracks turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Tracks lands with a thumping leg kick.

Craist misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tracks goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Craist needs to keep his hands up - Tracks had a free shot at his head there.
Tracks lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Craist backs up against the cage.

Craist is rocked!
No luck for Craist with that takedown attempt.
Oh Craist is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yisus Craist. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tracks jabs Craist to the body, keeping him at a distance.
A low kick lands for Tracks.
Craist seems to have got his legs back now.
Craist throws a wild hook but Tracks just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Craist gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Tracks raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
