Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Blade Wolf (ranked 4052 p4p, 2538 weight class) and Dan Mikkel (ranked 503 p4p, 324 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dan Mikkel was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Wolf goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Mikkel has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Wolf but great work by Mikkel.
Mikkel really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wolf. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Well Mikkel has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Dan Mikkel decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
