Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Stanislaw Bednarski (ranked 24409 p4p, 24646 weight class) and Jayson Roy (ranked 550 p4p, 541 weight class). Bednarski comes to the ring accompanied by KAS:ST - Hell On Earth. Roy has chosen https://youtu.be/42bgsd6wF3Q as his entrance music. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Stanislaw Bednarski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jayson Roy! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bednarski pushes Roy up against the ropes in a clinch. Roy manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Bednarski is looking to work some ground and pound but Roy has wrist control. Bednarski stands up over Roy, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Roy not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bednarski trying to control but Roy is working from the bottom. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Bednarski not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Bednarski shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Roy's guard. Roy is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Bednarski wants to control from the top but Roy keeps moving.

Bednarski drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Roy manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bednarski has Roy in his guard. Bednarski is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Bednarski wants to control but Roy is keeping him busy. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bednarski is looking for a kimura but Roy is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Bednarski to get the leverage. Roy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bednarski tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Roy wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Stanislaw Bednarski overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Bednarski is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Bednarski is looking to escape. Roy is thwarting Bednarski's attempts to control the position. That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bednarski seems keen to control Roy's posture. Roy throwing strikes but missing.

Bednarski is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round.
