And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Franklin Forrest!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Igor Prikhodko and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simbolon gets a double leg takedown into Forrest's guard.
Simbolon wants to pass the guard but Forrest is keeping the position.
Forrest has his foot on Simbolon's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Simbolon works his way back into a safe position though.

Simbolon has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Forrest has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Simbolon doesn't defend quickly enough and Forrest has managed to lock this one up! Can Simbolon escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Forrest on a fantastic submission victory.

A very excited looking Franklin Forrest rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
