The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simbolon shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Dog throws a shot to the body.
Dog ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Simbolon moves away.
Simbolon throws a big counter combination but Dog scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Dog stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dog wants it to stay on the feet.
Dog displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Simbolon.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Simbolon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Dog throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Simbolon is breathing heavily.
Dog fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Dog looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Dog fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Simbolon gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Dog gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
