Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sorry Eh (ranked 4259 p4p, 3190 weight class) and Phil Wei (ranked 98 p4p, 78 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sorry Eh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Phil Wei!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wei connects with a body shot.
Eh tries for a takedown but Wei sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Eh seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Wei scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Wei works over Eh's head and body with a nice combination.
Eh shoots in for a takedown but Wei shows good takedown defense.

Eh closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Wei's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wei wants to sweep but no luck.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Eh showing good wrestling skills to control the position.

Wei has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Eh is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Wei.

Eh wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Wei, who protects the arm well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Eh moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
Wei tries to control but Eh manages to take his back.
What can Wei do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Eh not allowing Wei to control his hands.
You can see the frustration on Wei's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Wei trying to control the hands but Eh breaks the grip.
Wei is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

Eh has his opponent's back and is working for the choke.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wei is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Eh.
Eh gets his hands free as Wei looks to control.

Wei defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.

Eh lands with a hammerfist to the side of Wei's head.
Eh throwing damaging strikes from the back! Wei could be in trouble here!
Wei looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Eh cracks Wei with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Wei from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.

Wei is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Eh.

Wei defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Eh's arms.

Eh working for a choke but Wei is defending well.

Eh looking for the RNC.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Eh looking to break Wei's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Wei remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Eh will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Sorry Eh dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Wei thumps Eh with a low kick.
Eh wants to clinch up but Wei keeps it at a distance.
Wei throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Eh.
Eh leaves Wei with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Wei avoids a punch combination nicely.
Eh misses with a looping left.
Sorry Eh is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Wei will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Wei is looking to clinch but Eh is avoiding it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fight stays on the outside here - Wei looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Eh throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Wei was covering up waiting for the punch and Eh finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Eh thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Eh controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Eh might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Eh forces his way into half guard.
Eh is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Eh is figuring out what he wants to do next.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Eh works his way into side control.
Wei gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!

Eh looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Eh tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Eh blocks Wei's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom.
Wei regains half guard.

Eh is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Wei sees it coming and defends easily.
Eh controlling the action here.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Eh trying to mount his opponent but Wei defends it.
Sorry Eh overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Eh controlling the action here.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Sorry Eh dominated that second round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Wei is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Eh fails with an attempt to clinch.
Despite the aggression on Wei's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Eh misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Wei misses with a two punch combination.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Eh.
Wei throws a head kick that half lands.
Eh showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Wei.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Wei wants to clinch.

Wei gets in close and instigates a clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wei is trying to pull guard but Eh turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Eh is trying to pull guard but Wei has him pressed against the cage.
Eh is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Wei can do to turn this around?

Wei breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Horrible takedown attempt by Wei or perhaps it was just good defense by Eh, which made it look bad.
Eh misses with a head kick.
Eh fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sorry Eh. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Eh tries to clinch but Wei moves out of range.
Wei tries a quick counter leg kick but Eh is wise to it.
Wei throws a low kick but Eh moves out of range easily.

Eh dives in for a single leg takedown but Wei sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Eh is trying to push Wei away but Wei has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
A frustrated look appears on Eh's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Eh working aggressively here.

Wei lands a takedown into guard.
Eh tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Eh has his foot on Wei's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Wei works his way back into a safe position though.
Eh is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Eh is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Wei defends well.
Wei trying to control but Eh is working from the bottom.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Eh manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Wei manages to get himself to full guard.

Wei trying to keep a closed guard but Eh is proving a slippery customer.
Eh stopping the sweep attempt from Wei.
Wei can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Eh controls the pace.
Eh advances position into side control!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wei takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.

Eh wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Wei, who protects the arm well.
Eh is working Wei over with some ground and pound from side control.
Eh controls the position.

Eh tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Wei struggling a bit here.

I would just about give that final round to Phil Wei.
I think Eh has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
