Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tetsuo Shima (ranked 3383 p4p, 5289 weight class) and Tj Pen (ranked 71 p4p, 91 weight class). Shima comes to the cage accompanied by The HU - Yuve Yuve Yu. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tetsuo Shima! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tj Pen! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shima lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Shima lands a nice shot to the body.
Pen shoots in but no luck this time. Pen wants to clinch and Pen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Shima lands with a cross. Pen shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Shima manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Pen looking to sit in guard and control but Shima gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Shima controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. This has been an exciting period of action! Pen controls Shima momentarily but Shima frees himself. Shima content to stall in guard here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shima wants to get up but he can't break Pen's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Shima has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Shima passes into half guard. Shima is taking a breather. Pen says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Shima decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Shima fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Pen on the side of the head. Pen doesn't manage to clinch there - Shima circles away.
Shima lands a jab to the nose.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shima digs a good body shot into Pen's ribs. Shima takes the fight into the clinch. Shima lands a right hand that snaps the head of Pen backwards. Shima lands a body shot. Shima stalling against the cage.
Shima lands with a short shot to the head. Shima lands an uppercut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Shima content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Shima makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Shima working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Pen wants to break the clinch but can't.
Shima lands a body punch. A hook to the body from Shima.
Pen tries to pull guard but Shima won't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A right hand to the body from Shima.
Pen is working for takedown but Shima is calmly controlling the position for now. Tetsuo Shima has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tj Pen. Shima digs a right hand into Pen's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Pen's gas tank. Pen looks winded! A nice left hand lands by Shima.
Shima lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Pen or not. Shima just leaning against Pen, taking a breather. Shima lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. Shima lands with a left to the head. Shima lands a body shot. Shima lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Pen is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Shima scores with a shot to the side of Pen's head. Shima lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Pen is rocked! Shima lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Pen is still on wobbly legs! Can Shima finish him? This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Shima lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pen backwards. Shima lands a hook that snaps the head of Pen backwards.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Shima pushes Pen against the cage. Shima is working some dirty boxing. Shima pushes off with a quick right hook! Pen goes down! Pen tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Shima moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tetsuo Shima! Our winner, Tetsuo Shima, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
