Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Xxx will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Sss steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Sss looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Sss throws a leg kick
and Xxx counters with a body kick that stops Sss in his tracks momentarily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Xxx is defended easily by Sss.
And Sss responds with a good body kick, but Xxx manages to step out the way in time.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Xxx throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sss's waist but Sss gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Xxx off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sss shoots in looking for a takedown but Xxx manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sss's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
And Xxx counters with a quick kick to the body but Sss blocks it.
Sss leaves Xxx with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sss shoots in for a takedown but Xxx shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
And Xxx counters with a quick kick to the body but Sss blocks it.
Xxx shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Sss is trying to defend but Xxx finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Xxx tries to stand and escape but Sss is controlling the position.
Sss is trying to control but can't.
Sss desperately trying to maintain half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Xxx looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Xxx is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Sss is controlling Xxx's position as best he can from this difficult position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Xxx shoots and misses
and Sss counters with a nice body kick.
Sss fails with the takedown.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Xxx fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Xxx moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromSss.
Sss looks for a takedown but Xxx sprawls well.
Xxx throws a quick counter kick to the body but Sss avoids it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
A head kick misses from Xxx.
Xxx drives through with a takedown into guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Xxx shoots for a takedown but Sss saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sss counters with a body kick.
Sss shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Xxx appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Sss closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Xxx's guard.
Sss is stalling in the full guard.
Xxx is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Xxx can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Sss controls the pace.
Xxx wants to stand but Sss is controlling the position.
Sss engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Xxx drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Xxx Xxx overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Xxx tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Xxx wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sss keeps working.
Sss sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Sss controlling the position well.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Sss is trying to maintain the position but Xxx is very close to passing his half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Xxx shoots in but no luck this time.
Xxx closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Sss quickly recovers to half guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Xxx is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx dominated that second round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Sss displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Xxx.
Sss counters with a body kick.
Xxx looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sss shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Xxx's guard.

Sss slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Xxx is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Sss dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Xxx is being controlled here.
Sss looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Xxx is avoiding damage well.
Sss working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Sss happy to just control the position for now.
Xxx can't do much from the bottom here.
Xxx is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Sss is controlling him well.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Xxx.
Sss throws a big counter head kick but Xxx avoids it with no problem.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Sss in particular looking to stall.

Xxx is trying to stand up here but Sss is controlling him well.
Sss Sss has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Xxx Xxx is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
