Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dale Mackey!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mackey shoots in for a double leg but Jeffries sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Jeffries swats away the attempt to clinch by Mackey.

Jeffries darts in and clinches Mackey up against the cage.
Jeffries is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.

Jeffries jumps guard and drags Mackey to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Mackey slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jeffries keeping moving, preventing Mackey from controlling successfully.

Mackey pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jeffries is keeping the position for now.
Mackey trying to control but Jeffries is working from the bottom.
Mackey wants to stand but Jeffries is controlling his posture from full guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Jeffries knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mackey on the ground.
Mackey trying to control the position from guard on top but Jeffries is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Mackey with a poor takedown

and Jeffries holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Jeffries pulls guard.
Jeffries tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Jeffries is breathing heavily.
Mackey missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Mackey has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jeffries is proving hard to escape from.
Mackey passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Mackey is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Jeffries looks calm but he's in trouble here. Mackey gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Jeffries is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Mackey lets go of the hold and Jeffries can pop his arm back in it's socket.

During a confident post fight interview, Dale Mackey thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
