The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penn closes the distance and clinches up with Goat, looking for a takedown. Penn pushes Goat against the cage but Goat circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Penn scores a takedown into full mount!

Penn is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Goat has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Goat!

Penn is looking for a triangle here but Goat uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Penn throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Penn throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
Penn is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Goat off and has taken his back!

Penn working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Goat is doing well to defend. Penn seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Goat is forced to tap and this one is over!
