Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oskar Arnason!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Buren throws a series of punches but Arnason avoids them all with ease.
Van Buren lands a two punch combo.
Van Buren lands with an overhand left.
Van Buren goes for a double leg but Arnason avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Arnason continues to drive forward.
Van Buren is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Van Buren wants to break free but Arnason has control.

Arnason breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
A left lands for Arnason.
Oskar Arnason seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Arnason keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Van Buren.
Van Buren tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Arnason avoids the body shot from Van Buren.
Arnason fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Van Buren moves away from the strike by Arnason.
Arnason shoots for a double leg takedown but Van Buren sprawls well. He's pushed Arnason's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sloppy strikes from Van Buren. Those never looked like landing.

Arnason misses with a few strikes there.
Arnason throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Arnason fails with a takedown attempt.
Jax Van Buren has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Oskar Arnason.

Van Buren shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Arnason is trying to defend but Van Buren finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Van Buren thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Arnason's head.
Arnason slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Van Buren wanted to stand there but Arnason had control of the position.

Van Buren is sitting in close to Arnason's body. Arnason has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Van Buren is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Van Buren is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Arnason.
