Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 30 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alexey Andreev!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Daniel Franklin and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andreev closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Portman's coaches at BLK Elite MMA Gym have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Andreev wants to free his trapped foot but Portman is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Andreev is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Portman sees it coming and defends easily.
Portman looking for submissions off his back.
Andreev trying to control the action but Portman is working from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Portman tries to roll over but Andreev keeps him under control.

Andreev is looking to pass to full mount but he's left his head exposed in the process. Portman has locked up a guillotine and regained full guard. He's really cranking on it - this could be the end! Is it? Is it? No... YES! YES! He's tapped! I didn't think he was going to get it there for a minute but he did! Well done Portman! He waited for his chance and took it!
