Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mutou throws a right and a left that Drew avoids nicely.
Drew drops down looking for a counter takedown but Mutou sprawls and moves away.
Drew fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Mutou moves away from the strike by Drew.
Mutou throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

so Drew counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Drew pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Mutou is keeping the position for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Drew definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Drew seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Mutou does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Drew will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Drew wants to pass the guard but Mutou is defending well.
Mutou is trying to stand back up but Drew is controlling him

Drew is looking to take a break and control but Mutou is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Drew is really struggling to control Mutou but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Drew lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Mutou looks like he's trying to stand up.
Drew working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Drew tries to pass to full mount but Mutou defends it.

Mutou wants to get back to his feet.
Drew seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Drew has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
