Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Khamzat Sonnen (ranked 2510 p4p, 2761 weight class) and Kimmo Peramaki (ranked 315 p4p, 348 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Khamzat Sonnen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kimmo Peramaki! The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Vladimir Khabensky and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sonnen throws the left hand but Peramaki avoids the punch easily. Sonnen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Peramaki tries to counter with a clinch but Sonnen shakes him off and moves away. Sonnen takes a swing at Peramaki's ribcage but misses. Peramaki steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Sonnen. Peramaki doesn't manage to clinch there - Sonnen circles away.

Sonnen misses with a shot to the body and Peramaki counters by moving into the clinch. Sonnen tightens his grip and picks Peramaki up, before dumping him to the ground.
