Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Georges Goulet (ranked 1994 p4p, 2303 weight class) and Blade Wilson (ranked 282 p4p, 319 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Georges Goulet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Blade Wilson!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Alyssa Summers and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilson rushes Goulet and presses him up against the cage.
Wilson misses with a punch on the inside.
Wilson misses with a punch to the body.
Wilson prevents Goulet from breaking the clinch.
Goulet's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Goulet thows a leg kick but Wilson checks it
letting Wilson counter with a right hand.
Wilson clinches up against the cage.
Wilson has Goulet pressed against the cage, preventing Goulet from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Wilson.
Wilson tries a body shot but Goulet blocks it.
Goulet breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Wilson throws the left hand but Goulet avoids the punch easily.
Wilson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Goulet misses with a hook to the body
and Wilson counters with a straight right hand.
Wilson throws a poor cross that misses
and Goulet counters with a low kick, right behind Wilson 's knee.
Goulet throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Wilson counters with a stiff right hand.
A thudding body kick lands there by Goulet!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wilson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Goulet misses with a straight right.
Goulet takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Wilson misses with an uppercut. Goulet saw that one coming.
Goulet fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wilson manages to avoid it.
Wilson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Wilson fails in his attempt to clinch.
It looked like Goulet was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Wilson.
Wilson darts in trying to clinch
and Goulet counters with a thumping low kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wilson misses with a wild body shot.
Goulet ducks under a wild hook from Wilson.
A right-left combo lands from Wilson.
Wilson wants to clinch
and Goulet counters with a nice uppercut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Goulet throws a head kick that misses.
Goulet throws a sloppy head kick and Wilson moves out of range easily.
Wilson replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Goulet blocks it well.
Goulet scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Goulet takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Goulet is rocked!
Wilson ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Goulet out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Blade Wilson!
Our winner, Blade Wilson, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
