Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Igor Blancho!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Santiago Holmes and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blancho fails with the takedown
and Be connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Blancho tries for a takedown but Be circles away easily
and Be counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Be gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Blancho to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Be is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Be looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blancho drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Blancho jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Be working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Blancho has passed into half guard!
