The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Slice, as that shot connected.
Slice works the jab nicely.
Slice jabs at Strakapoud's body.
Nice uppercut lands for Slice. That snapped Strakapoud's head back.
Slice misses with a double jab.
Slice scores with a sloppy right hand. Strakapoud should have avoided that one.
We've been told by Slice's head coaches at New York Public Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Donk. Slice catches Strakapoud right on the button with a cross.
Slice works Strakapoud's body with a nice hook.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Slice keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Strakapoud is rocked!
Slice cracks Strakapoud with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Strakapoud falls to his knees and Slice doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
