Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hakim Werner (ranked 24144 p4p, 24771 weight class) and Landon Miranda (ranked 670 p4p, 658 weight class). Miranda has chosen Your Eyes as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Hakim Werner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Landon Miranda!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Bruno Hogan and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Werner keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Werner appears to be looking for a big counter.
Miranda fails with the takedown
and Miranda takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Miranda looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Werner is fending him off so far but Miranda persists. Nope, Werner circles away and we're back to standing.
Miranda tries to score a power double leg takedown but Werner sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Miranda somewhat.

Miranda looks to land a left hand but Werner moved out of range nicely.

and Werner counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Miranda out cold! What a finish! Werner is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
