Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Junior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Iosif Koba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lucas Junior! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Iosif Koba! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Koba darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Koba content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Junior is looking to escape. Koba frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Koba with some aggressive grappling here, looking for the finish.
Junior tries to hold on but Koba pushes him away. Koba sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Koba prevents Junior from getting the reversal. Koba looking to control and managing it successfully. Junior gets back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Junior is looking to improve his position.
Koba takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Junior tries to get to full guard but Koba has control of the leg. Junior has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Koba is working away from the top position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Koba swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Koba takes the fight into the clinch. Koba escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Junior doesn't succeed with the takedown and Koba counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Koba. Junior is breathing heavily. Koba not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Koba is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Koba in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Junior is trying to keep Koba in close.
Junior is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Koba is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Let's hope that Koba has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Junior keeping moving, preventing Koba from controlling successfully.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Junior misses with a takedown and Koba counters with a single leg into guard. Junior didn't expect that. Koba controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Iosif Koba dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Junior with a lazy takedown attempt and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Koba shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Koba was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Junior is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Junior can't escape the position.

Koba stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet. Junior cracks Koba with an open hand slap. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Koba looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Koba stays in close to Junior's body and controls the position. Junior has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Koba can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Koba is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Junior tries to land a sweep but no joy. Junior had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Koba is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Junior Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Koba's back instead.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Junior struggling to keep hold of the position.
Koba manages to reverse the position and now he's in Junior's guard. Nice work there by Koba.

Junior is looking to stand up but Koba isn't so interested in that idea. Koba stays in close to Junior's body and controls the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Iosif Koba showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Junior is refusing to be controlled, as Koba sits in half guard. Junior tries to kick Koba off in order to stand up. Koba Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Junior prevents Koba from taking his back.

And that's the end of the fight! Iosif Koba comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Koba has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
