Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, BC Smith!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dexter Warren!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warren misses with a looping left.
Smith has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Brooklyn Mixed Martial Arts in the buildup to the fight.
Warren just misses with a punch to the body.
Smith misses with a takedown attempt - Warren sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Warren tries to clinch but fails miserably
enabling Smith to counter with a crisp jab.
Warren throws a hook to the side of Smith's head but Smith sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Smith sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Smith has closed the distance and engaged Warren in a clinch.
Warren wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Smith keeps control of Warren as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Warren looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.

Smith drags the fight down to the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smith tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Warren wants to stand but Smith is controlling his posture from full guard.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Smith is on top in guard.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Smith lands a nice short elbow.
Warren really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Smith. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Smith shoots in looking for a takedown. Warren tries to sprawl out of it but Smith keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Warren manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Warren unleashes a big counter combination but Smith bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Dexter Warren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Warren throws a jab but it's blocked by Smith.
Warren swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Smith pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Warren back to the cage. Smith follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Smith shoots in but no luck this time.

Warren throws out a loose jab but Smith uses good head movement to avoid it.
Warren is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.

Smith closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Warren did well to prevent Smith getting side control.
Warren is trying to escape back to his feet but Smith uses the scramble to pass into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Smith is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Warren knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Smith goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Warren has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Smith but great work by Warren.

Smith manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Warren manages to get himself to full guard.

BC Smith is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Smith wants to control but Warren is keeping him busy.
Smith is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Warren is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Smith moves into full mount! Warren won't be happy about that!

Warren is bucking up trying to escape but Smith cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Smith softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Warren is out cold! Smith jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

A relieved looking BC Smith thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
