Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Richard Feynman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sumdem Bingbong!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Santiago Holmes and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Feynman fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Bingbong takes one on the button.
Bingbong fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
As Bingbong tries to get set, Feynman tries to push him back and clinch up but Bingbong manages to avoid the attempt.
Bingbong has his takedown stuffed
and Feynman counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Feynman clinches with his opponent.
Feynman is struggling to control the position.
Feynman stalling.
Feynman lands an elbow just above Bingbong 's eye.
It looks like Sumdem Bingbong has been cut.
Feynman definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Feynman lands with a left to the head.
Bingbong working hard to break the clinch.
Bingbong wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Feynman has him pressed against the cage.
A bit of stalling here from Feynman.
Feynman keeps control of Bingbong as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Bingbong jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Feynman walks away with a smile on his face. Bingbong gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Richard Feynman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sumdem Bingbong.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Feynman sends Bingbong crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Feynman is motioning to the referee to let Bingbong up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Bingbong is rocked!
Feynman knocks out Bingbong with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Feynman before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Feynman picks up the big W with a huge KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Richard Feynman!
After winning the bout, Richard Feynman thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
