Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Compare (ranked 3984 p4p, 2038 weight class) and Adam Cole (ranked 521 p4p, 293 weight class). Cole has chosen Bay shit by MAC DRE as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Compare throws a lazy uppercut
and Cole counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Compare takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Nice defenses there by Compare.
Compare throwing a counter right hand but Cole manages to avoid it.
We've been informed that Cole has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Cole misses with a looping left.
Cole fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Compare on the side of the head.

It looks like Carlos Compare has been cut.
Compare misses with a hook

and Cole counters with a nice right hand that sends Compare toppling to the canvas! Compare scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Cole finish him?!

Compare ducks under a wild hook from Cole.
Compare swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Cole counters with a crisp right that sends Compare to the canvas! Cole follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
