The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Andersson looks for a takedown but Bangsit sprawls well. And Bangsit tries to counter it with a takedown but Andersson pushes his down on his head and steps out. Andersson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Andersson (2) vs (0) Bangsit The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bangsit keeps control of the position for the meantime. Andersson trying to pass the guard but Bangsit defending well. Bangsit keeping control of the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Andersson is keen to just control but Bangsit is a slippery customer.
