Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jake Roberts (ranked 5542 p4p, 5668 weight class) and Victor Jones (ranked 610 p4p, 624 weight class). Roberts's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Spiders and Snakes. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones tries to clinch there but Roberts circles away.
Roberts misses with a few strikes there.
Roberts lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Jones throws a body shot but no joy.
Jones takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jones lands a body shot.
Roberts throws a quick inside leg kick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Roberts comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jones jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A telegraphed right hand from Jones misses the target.
Roberts misses with a straight right.
Jones throws a hook but Roberts avoids it easily.
It looked like Roberts wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Jones looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Roberts throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Roberts ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
As Jones backs away, Roberts returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Roberts fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jones looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jones fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Roberts avoids it really well and circles away.
Roberts ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Roberts lands a jab to the nose.
Roberts lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Jones is rocked!
Jones throws a series of punches but Roberts avoids them all with ease.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Roberts finish him?
Roberts slips under a jab.
Jones gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Roberts gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
