Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ameri Can (ranked 2027 p4p, 3416 weight class) and Louis C K (ranked 222 p4p, 348 weight class). Can's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, For Heavy Metal we will die!. C K has chosen Who let the dogs out as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 25 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ameri Can! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 21 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Louis C K! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! C K scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Can is looking to land body kicks. C K looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Can jabs C K to the body, keeping him at a distance. Can scores with a jab to the body. C K clinches. Can is trying to break the clinch but C K has him pressed against the cage. Can being controlled against the cage. C K leaning his opponent against the cage. C K receives a warning from the referee for stalling. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. C K throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Cans head. Still in the clinch, Can scores with a nice short uppercut. C K throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Cans head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Can misses with a punch on the inside.
C K scores with a nice hook to the head. Can lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Can has a couple of punches blocked by C K.
C K scores with a nice hook to the head. Can throws an elbow but it misses.
Can misses with a short punch on the inside. C K lands a shoulder strike. C K tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. The referee is keeping an eye on C K - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
A head punch on the inside from Can fails to land. C K stalls. C K lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A head punch blocked on the inside by C K. C K lands with a right to the head. Can fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Can misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Both guys are working to get underhooks. C K pushes Can back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. C K is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Can pulls him back up using the underhooks. C K swings away with an uppercut that misses.
C K misses with a short punch on the inside. Can misses with the head strike.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Can. Can doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Can goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Can is fighting off a takedown attempt but C K is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Can to the mat. Can regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat. Can wants to stand but C K is controlling the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Can wriggles free and stands up. Can fakes high and swings low for a body shot but C K manages to avoid it. Can misses with the body kick and C K counters with a nice uppercut. C K bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. C K gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Can stuns C K with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. A left lands for C K. Can looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
C K paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Can swings and misses with a hook to the body.
C K tries to counter with a clinch but Can shakes him off and moves away.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Can misses with a shot to the body and C K counters with a stiff right hand. Can connects with a good right hand that stumbles C K. C K circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Can tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and C K is able to avoid easily. Can lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Can slips under a jab from C K. C K fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Can, pushing him back against the cage. C K is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. C K has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Can seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if C K can turn it around. C K blocking some punches.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Louis C K will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! C K uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Can. C K swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. C K misses with a left hand and Can counters with an inside leg kick. Can thows a leg kick but C K checks it and C K counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Can thuds a left hand into C K's body. C K swings widly with a right hand
enabling Can to counter with a crisp jab. A head kick by Can misses and C K counters by clinching up. C K avoids the elbow strike from Can, against the cage.
Can pushes C K back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. C K has picked Can up - he's going for a ride! C K dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. This has been an exciting period of action! C K content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Can wants to improve his position but C K is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round. C K wants to free his trapped foot but Can is holding on for dear life with his legs. Can is pressing down on C K's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. C K pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Can is keeping the position for now. Can is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. C K preventing the sweep. Can wants to get back to his feet but C K is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Can lands with a good body shot. No joy there for C K, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Can appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. A looping hook to the body misses from Can. C K does a little dance to reset his feet. Can throws a leg kick that is checked and C K counters with a one-two to the body. Ameri Can seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Can misses with a body kick. C K is looking for the big counter here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Can swings widly with a right hand
and C K counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. C K waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Can. Can misses with a looping left. C K misses with the combination.
Can throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Can is looking to chop away at C K's legs. Can is looking to wear down C K with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Can ducks under a wild hook from C K. An attempted straight right counter from Can misses the target. Can misses with a body punch
letting C K counter with a right hand. C K moves out of range of the body kick. C K has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

and C K counters with a nice uppercut. Can with a jab. C K uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Can.
Can lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Ameri Can is winning the standup battle so far. C K closes the distance looking to clinch and Can cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! C K slips a straight right by Can. Can tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but C K was well out of range. Poor timing from Can. It seemed like C K was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Can tries a head kick but it misses.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Ameri Can will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards. C K cracks Can with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Can lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Can tries to land a leg kick but C K saw it coming and moves away.
C K getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Can misses with an uppercut
enabling C K to counter with a crisp jab. Can lands with a kick to the temple. C K shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" C K looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. A little feinted left hand from Can on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Can uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from C K. C K misses with a hook. Can ducked under it nicely. C K might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Can throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Can scores with the left hand. C K knows he should have avoided that one.
That's one minute gone in the round. C K cracks Can with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Can keeps C K at a distance using the push kick. Can scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Can connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. C K avoids the head kick by Can.
Can feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits C Ks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Can moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Can throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck C K on the side of the head. Can will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Can connects with a nice looking jab.

Can misses with a leg kick and C K counters with a lovely straight right hand! Can keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from C K. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Can, as that shot connected.
C K uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Can.
Can rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and C K connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. C K keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
C K looks like he wants to counter punch here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Can takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Can throws a body punch but C K moves out of range. Can bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Can misses with a leg kick and C K counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Can lands a jab to C K's midsection. Can misses with a low kick. C K avoids a punch combination nicely.
Can misses the body punch and C K counters with a nice uppercut. C K darts in and clinches Can up against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Can lands a body punch in the clinch. A bit of stalling here from C K.
Can misses with an elbow over the top. C K scores with a shot to the side of Can's head. Can misses with a short punch on the inside. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. C K scores with an uppercut up the middle. A head punch blocked on the inside by Can. Can has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. C K gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. C K controls the pace of the fight for a moment. C K trying to control the position from guard on top but Can is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. C K postures up.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Louis C K. I think C K has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
