Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Iwon Raczynski (ranked 1910 p4p, 2981 weight class) and Kyle Kuzma (ranked 261 p4p, 398 weight class). Kuzma comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Tarararara kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 2 - 1, fighting out of New York, Iwon Raczynski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kyle Kuzma! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Robert Twigg and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kuzma throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Kuzma scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Kuzma misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kuzma misses with a straight right. Kuzma tests Raczynski's chin there with a solid looking shot. Raczynski avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've been informed that Kuzma has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Raczynski throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kyle Kuzma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Raczynski throws a front kick aimed at Kuzma's knee but Kuzma avoids it well. Kuzma lands a nice hook to Raczynski's body. Raczynski takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Raczynski thuds his right hand into Kuzma's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Raczynski has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kuzma. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kuzma fails in his attempt to clinch. Kuzma tries to clinch there but Raczynski circles away.
Raczynski misses with an uppercut. Kuzma saw that one coming. Raczynski misses with a leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kuzma lands a nice leg kick that just misses Raczynski's sensitive parts. Kuzma throws a nice looking combination but Raczynski bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Raczynski looks to land a left hand but Kuzma moved out of range nicely. An inside leg kick lands from Raczynski. Kuzma misses with a body shot.
Kuzma lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Raczynski ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Kuzma throws a right hand that Raczynski ducks under and follows up with a left that Raczynski also avoids with ease. Kuzma tried to score with a low kick but Raczynski checks it. Raczynski dodges the punch combination from Kuzma.
A looping hook to the body misses from Kuzma. Raczynski does a little dance to reset his feet. Raczynski forces Kuzma back against the cage and clinches. Raczynski is stalling here.
Kuzma lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Raczynski backwards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Raczynski's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Kuzma wants to break the clinch but can't.
Raczynski lands with a short head shot on the inside. Kuzma breaks the clinch.
Raczynski needs to keep his hands up - Kuzma had a free shot at his head there. A bone on bone clash there as Raczynski blocks the leg kick.
Kuzma misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Raczynski.
Kuzma tests Raczynski's chin there with a solid looking shot. Raczynski fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kuzma. Raczynski scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
It looks like Kyle Kuzma has been cut. Raczynski connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Kuzma lands with a thumping leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kuzma takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Kuzma tries to land a body kick and Raczynski counters with a crisp right hand that drops Kuzma! Raczynski lets Kuzma back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Kuzma is rocked! Kuzma misses with a double jab
and Raczynski counters with a right hand from hell and Kuzma is out cold! A vicious knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Iwon Raczynski! Iwon Raczynski decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way. Kyle Kuzma spoke after the fight, saying 'I will back stronger'.
