Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tj Pen (ranked 6084 p4p, 24913 weight class) and Billy Bong (ranked 100 p4p, 234 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tj Pen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Billy Bong!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Elvis Blanc and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pen shoots in but no luck this time.
Bong fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Pen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Bong wants to stand back up but Pen manages to pass into side control.
Bong pushes Pen away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Pen gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Pen cracks Bong with a big right hand but Bong just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pen gets to mount! Bong was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Bong is bucking up trying to escape but Pen cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bong tries to hold on but Pen postures up.

Bong is in a horrible position here. Pen smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Pen cracks Bong with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Bong takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pen lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Bong hang on?
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Bong is bucking up trying to escape but Pen cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Pen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
The referee warns Bong that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Pen looking to control and managing it successfully.

Pen lands a couple of good shots and Bong has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Pen lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Bong.
I would not like to be Bong right now.
Pen lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Bong hold on?!
Pen is landing with strikes. Bong can't take much more of this.

Bong is trapped and Pen is scoring with shots to the head and body.

Pen gets his hooks in and is throwing strikes.
Pen is punishing Bong with strikes - can he finish him?!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Oooh a big shot gets through from Pen. Many more shots like that and the referee will have to think about stepping in!
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Pen is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Bong. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
Pen gets his hands free as Bong looks to control.
Pen scores with punches and elbows.
Pen controlling from the back.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Tj Pen dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Bong keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Pen dives in and grabs Bong's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bong pushes down on Pen's head and hops out.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Pen.
Bong gets tackled into the cage by Pen. Pen maintains the clinch.
Bong breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pen clinches.

Pen has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Bong fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Pen stalling in the clinch but Bong improves position.
Bong tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pen just stands there and leans against the cage.
Pen is trying to pull guard but Bong turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Bong has Pen pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Pen manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Bong gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Pen.
Bong breaks the clinch.
Bong fails with a takedown attempt.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Pen wants to clinch
and Bong counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nice sprawl there from Pen as Bong shoots in.
Bong pounces like a tiger and cracks Pen with a vicious hook! Pen is down but not out! Bong follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
