Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fowel closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Brown did well to prevent Fowel getting side control.

Fowel is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Brown doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Fowel.
Brown is looking to control Fowel's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Brown avoid being mounted?

Fowel seems to be looking for submissions.

Fowel is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Brown has managed to free his arm - good work.

Fowel looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Fowel is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Brown defends it well.
Brown slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brown is trying to keep Fowel in close.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Brown is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Fowel is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Fowel drops back looking for a leg! Brown is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Brown manages to kick Fowel off! Fowel jumps back into Brown's guard.

Fowel has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Brown to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Fowel is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Brown pulls down on the head and he's put Fowel to sleep! This one is all over!
