Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ludwig Lachmann (ranked 2263 p4p, 2427 weight class) and Ben Askrew (ranked 308 p4p, 324 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ludwig Lachmann! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ben Askrew! The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Bruno Hogan and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lachmann rushes Askrew and presses him up against the cage. Askrew is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Lachmann pulls him back up using the underhooks. Askrew tries for a takedown. No joy.
Lachmann manages to pull guard.
Askrew trying to move into half guard but instead Lachmann has managed to sweep!
Askrew has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lachmann can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Lachmann stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Askrew swivels though and keeps the full guard. Askrew is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Lachmann advances to half guard. Askrew is refusing to be controlled, as Lachmann sits in half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lachmann trying to mount his opponent but Askrew defends it. Lachmann performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Askrew looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lachmann is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Askrew sees it coming and defends easily. Lachmann trying to pass the guard but Askrew defending well. Lachmann is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Lachmann wants to free his trapped foot but Askrew is holding on for dear life with his legs. Lachmann uses his free foot to push down on Askrew's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Askrew. Askrew is trying desperately to improve position. Askrew gets back to half guard. Lachmann is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Askrew doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Lachmann.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lachmann is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Askrew! Askrew has given up his back. Will we see Lachmann going for some submissions?
Askrew tries to roll but Lachmann sticks to his back.
Askrew is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Lachmann gets his way!
Askrew preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Lachmann. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lachmann is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Askrew with him. Askrew is trying to defend but Lachmann has an arm under the chin now! Askrew grimaces and is forced to tap out!
