Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Guy Bernier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sega Israel!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Steve Erwin and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Israel uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bernier.
Bernier shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Bernier is taking a breather. Israel says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Bernier is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Bernier definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Bernier looking for a guillotine from mount but Israel is having none of it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bernier is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Israel is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Israel flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Bernier anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Israel and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Bernier slips an arm under Israel chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Bernier has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Bernier is squeezing on Israel like an anaconda would it's prey. Israel fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
