The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bounty darts in and clinches Gorichov up against the ropes.
Gorichov takes a shot to the head.

It looks like Ivan Gorichov has been cut.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Bounty.

Bounty pulls guard effortlessly.
Gorichov should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Gorichov tries to free his leg and advance position but Bounty is retaining full guard.

Bounty is edging up against the ropes. He's using the ropes to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Bounty digs a right hand into Gorichov's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Gorichov's gas tank.
Gorichov looks winded!
Bounty stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
A right hook to the body lands for Bounty.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Gorichov has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Bounty manages to break the clinch.

Bounty rushes Gorichov and presses him up against the ropes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bounty breaks the clinch.

Bounty clinches up with Gorichov and pushes him back against the ropes.
Gorichov drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Bounty gets the underhooks and prevents it.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Bounty creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Bounty pushes Gorichov back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Bounty has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Gorichov uses from the top position.
Gorichov prevents Bounty from getting back to his feet.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Bounty pushes Gorichov off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Bounty pounces like a tiger and cracks Gorichov with a vicious hook! Gorichov is down but not out! Bounty follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
