There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Horrible takedown by Bell or perhaps it was just good defense by Lamphere which made him look bad.

Russel Bell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Derrick Lamphere.
Bell feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Lamphere clobbers Bell with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Bell closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Lamphere stands and steps away. Bell gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Bell closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bell lands in his opponent's guard.
Lamphere pulls Bell in to control the position.
Lamphere had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Bell is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Lamphere Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Bell's back instead.

Lamphere is riding his opponent, not letting Bell buck him off.
Lamphere cracks Bell with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Bell from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Lamphere is working the ground and pound here and the referee is taking a close look at Bell. He must escape soon or this one will be stopped.
