Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Theze Hoesmad (ranked 4046 p4p, 25286 weight class) and Diatomaceous Smiff (ranked 531 p4p, 729 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smiff throws out a powerful jab.
Smiff tries a low kick but Hoesmad avoids it.
Smiff circles away from the clinch attempt.
Hoesmad moves out of range of the strikes.

Hoesmad forces Smiff back against the cage and clinches.

Smiff pulls guard.
Hoesmad seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hoesmad tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Smiff creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Hoesmad escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Smiff gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Hoesmad looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Smiff has picked Hoesmad up and slammed him! Hoesmad can't keep hold of the triangle and Smiff manages to pass to side control!

That was a close second round but I would say that Theze Hoesmad will probably get the nod.
