Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damon Penmark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Holmes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Holmes has chosen DJ Hazard - Machete as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Matt Holmes!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Glass and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holmes missing with a left hand there. Penmark was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Holmes fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Holmes throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Penmark doesn't manage to clinch there - Holmes circles away.
Holmes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Penmark.
A punch lands to the side of Penmark 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Holmes misses with a hook. Penmark ducked under it nicely.
Holmes tries a head kick but it misses.
Holmes scores with a nice right hand.
It looks like Damon Penmark has been cut.
Holmes lands a slapping body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Penmark.
Holmes pushes Penmark away with a front kick.
Penmark is breathing heavily.
Holmes throws a head kick but Penmark moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Holmes fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Holmes lands with a right hand.
Penmark ducks into an uppercut from Holmes and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
