Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kristof Pardi (ranked 3329 p4p, 4598 weight class) and Claes Ragnvaldsson (ranked 334 p4p, 409 weight class). Pardi comes to the cage accompanied by Party Boy Theme. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pardi has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Ragnvaldsson.
Pardi lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Ragnvaldsson at a distance.
Ragnvaldsson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Pardi closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Ragnvaldsson to the mat! Ragnvaldsson manages to get full guard.

Pardi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Pardi postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Ragnvaldsson in real trouble here! The ref calls for Ragnvaldsson to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
