The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Choo has Smith up against the cage in a clinch.

Smith cracks Choo with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Mew Choo has been cut.
We've been informed that Choo has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Smith swats away the attempt to clinch by Choo.
Choo throws out a loose jab but Smith uses good head movement to avoid it.
Choo slips under a jab.
Choo tries to clinch up.
And Smith counters with a quick kick to the body but Choo blocks it.
Smith punishes Choo's body with a nice straight punch.

Smith pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Smith lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Choo crumples to the floor! Smith milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
