Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chan Siam (ranked 899 p4p, 362 weight class) and Action Bastard (ranked 102 p4p, 46 weight class). Bastard has chosen Japanese And Lovely - Jucifer as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chan Siam!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 29 - 15 - 4, fighting out of Los Angeles, Action Bastard!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siam throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bastard looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Bastard throws a chopping leg kick but Siam manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Bastard throws a head kick but Siam moves out of range.
Siam misses with a straight left.
Bastard bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Bastard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Siam paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Bastard has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Siam takes the fight into the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Siam.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bastard breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Siam throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Siam bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bastard's head.

Bastard with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Bastard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Siam paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Action Bastard is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Bastard lands with a kick to the temple. Siam shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Bastard throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bastard ducks under a wild hook from Siam.
A combination from Bastard does no damage.
Bastard takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Bastard throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Siam on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Siam misses with a body shot.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Siam.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bastard is trying to escape the position but Siam is controlling the position.
Siam has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Bastard dodges the ground and pound from Siam.

Bastard takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Bastard is trying to improve his position.
Bastard is trying to work for a sweep but Siam has mounted him!
Siam has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Bastard tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Siam is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Bastard can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bastard is in a horrible position here. Siam smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Siam is landing with some decent strikes but Bastard is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Siam cracks Bastard with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Bastard wants to control but Siam is having none of it.

Bastard is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Siam pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Siam fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Bastard keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Siam lands a nice short elbow.

Siam jabs Bastard right on the nose. Bastard blinks but takes it well.
Bastard throws a push kick but Siam slaps the foot to one side.

Siam isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bastard stacks Siam on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bastard!

Bastard throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

I would just about give that final round to Action Bastard.
