The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown attempt by Dupe or perhaps it was just good defense by Luge, which made it look bad.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Luge! But no joy.
Dupe with a lazy takedown attempt
and Luge moves into the clinch.
Luge prevents a takedown attempt there.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for John Dupe. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Luge lands an elbow just above Dupe 's eye.
It looks like John Dupe has been cut.
A nice left hand lands by Luge.

Luge lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Dupe to his knees! Luge keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
