Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin Sisko (ranked 1214 p4p, 2588 weight class) and Ralph Hall (ranked 164 p4p, 319 weight class). Hall has chosen Pinball Wizard as his entrance music. Benjamin Sisko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Benjamin Sisko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ralph Hall!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Glass and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sisko is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hall.
Hall walks into a left hand.

Hall rushes Sisko and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Hall jumps guard and drags Sisko to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

We've been hearing good reports from Sisko's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Sisko is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hall is just riding it out for now. Sisko eventually gives up the hold.

Hall shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sisko's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
