Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Lee (ranked 1297 p4p, 1284 weight class) and Galen Dall Jr (ranked 175 p4p, 172 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bruce Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Galen Dall Jr!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dall Jr throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dall Jr avoids a punch combination nicely.
Lee seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Dall Jr throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dall Jr lands a leg kick that knocks Lee off balance momentarily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lee, as that shot connected.

It looks like Galen Dall Jr has been cut.
Lee throws a lazy right hand but Dall Jr sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Dall Jr unleashes a big counter combination but Lee bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
A head kick misses from Lee.
Lee steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Dall Jr.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dall Jr pushes Lee up against the cage in a clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Lee.
Dall Jr misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Lee prevents the takedown attempt.
Dall Jr swings wildly with an uppercut but Lee uses good head movement to avoid it.

Lee's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Lee throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dall Jr has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Dall Jr shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lee as he jumps to the side.
Bruce Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Galen Dall Jr.

Lee fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dall Jr, pushing him back against the cage.

Lee tries to circle away but Dall Jr has him pinned against the cage.

and Dall Jr cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Dall Jr counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Dall Jr wants to counter with a clinch but Lee pushes him away.

and Dall Jr counters with a thumping low kick.

Dall Jr tries a body shot but Lee blocks it.

Lee breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lee goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Dall Jr has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lee avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Lee's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Dall Jr tries to close the distance and clinch but Lee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lee throws a sloppy head kick and Dall Jr moves out of range easily.
Lee pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Lee takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Lee misses with a series of wild punches.

Lee moves into the clinch.
Lee is looking to break free of the clinch but Dall Jr has double underhooks.
Lee has a couple of punches blocked by Dall Jr.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Bruce Lee will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Galen Dall Jr seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Dall Jr is trying to trip Lee. He has hold of a leg but Lee is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Dall Jr persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Bruce Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dall Jr fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A lazy left from Dall Jr finds it's target.

Lee gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Dall Jr lands with a left to the head.

Lee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Dall Jr unloads with some shots from mount but Lee bucks and avoids them well.
Dall Jr has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Lee tries to buck Dall Jr off so he can stand up but Dall Jr has got his back now - this could be big trouble! He's slapped on a rear naked choke that looks really tight! Lee falls backwards, slamming Dall Jr to the mat but Dall Jr holds on tight! Lee is forced to tap and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Galen Dall Jr!
A relieved looking Galen Dall Jr thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
