Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bao Cheung (ranked 4613 p4p, 4705 weight class) and Brandon Li (ranked 580 p4p, 0 weight class). Cheung kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Fei Long. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Li closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cheung circles away.
Li fails with a takedown attempt.

Li has taken the fight to the clinch.
Li changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cheung fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Bao Cheung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Brandon Li.

Li gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Li wants the takedown. Cheung is fighting it off but Li persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Cheung's guard against the cage.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Li scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

It looks like Bao Cheung has been cut.
Li with a nice head shot there.
Cheung wants to stand and escape but Li is having none of it.
Li loads up on a big left hand. Cheung felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Li looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Cheung can't hide his disappointment, as Li celebrates the victory.

Brandon Li bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
